Chocolate syrup made with coconut palm sugar and stevia.
Add water, salt, sugar, and stevia to a medium saucepan. Heat over medium high heat until it comes to a boil. Boil for 1 minute and then remove from heat.
Let the syrup cool for 15 minutes and then add in the cocoa powder and vanilla extract. Whisk the ingredients together until completely combined.
Pour into a mason jar and cover with a lid. Store in the fridge.
