In a large container combine flour, salt, thyme, mustard, garlic powder, oregano, basil, paprika, and ginger. Mix until spices are well distributed in the flour. Set aside. In a small bowl combine buttermilk and eggs. Whisk together and set aside. In another large container combine breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, and onion powder. Stir and set aside.
