In a microwave safe bowl, melt a stick of butter and then set aside to cool slightly.
Preheat the oven to 325F and prepare a large loaf pan by spraying with nonstick cooking spray or buttering and flouring the inside.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and sea salt. Set aside.
In another bowl, combine the eggs, both of the sugars, vanilla, and grated zucchini.
Pour the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and start to mix. After you have mixed slightly add in the melted butter. Stir until almost no streaks of dry ingredients remain.
Add in the chocolate chips and mix until all of the dry ingredients have been incorporated. Try not to over mix!
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake the bread for about 1 hour or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. After the bread is finished baking remove from the oven and let cool in the pan for 5 minutes before removing to a cooling rack. Store at room temp in plastic wrap or an airtight container for up to 3 days.
