Cold Brew Coffee

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c ground coffee
  • 1 mason jar with lid
  • water

Instructions

  1. Pour coffee grounds into mason jar and fill the rest of the jar with water. Cover with a lid and shake it up. Place in the fridge overnight or atleast 8 hours. Pour coffee through a fine mesh strainer lined with paper towels to remove the coffee grounds. Rinse out the mason jar and then pour the filtered coffee back into the jar. Serve over ice and add water to desired strength. Store in the fridge for up to a week.

Recipe Notes

Note: This is a concentrate. You will need to dilute with water to get your desired strength. I usually go half water half coffee.
