Quick and easy creamy rotini pasta all made in one pot!
Brown ground turkey with ground mustard, onion powder, garlic powder, and salt and pepper over medium high heat.
When turkey is cooked through add flour. Stir to evenly distribute and continue stirring for 1 minute.
Add in milk, water, chicken broth, worcestershire and pasta. Stir and bring to a simmer.
Turn heat to low and cover. Simmer for 13-15 minutes stirring occasionally.
If pasta isn't cooked and the sauce is too thick you can either add more water or milk 1/4 c at a time until pasta finishes cooking. This usually only happens when I don't turn it down enough. I haven't had to add more than a half cup.
