As promised here is one of my new favorite water kefir recipes! If you go back in time to about 10 years ago I was drinking soda every single day. My favorites were Coca-Cola and Canada Dry ginger ale. They are just so refreshing, BUT they also are terrible for your body. After I had my first daughter I decided to eliminate soda from my diet. On occasion I would still have a soda, like if we had a get together or something but I really tried not to have soda regularly.
